Polanco Home Furniture & Interior Decor Solutions is excited to share our Alta Vista Home Staging Project! Located in the highly sought-after area of Alta Vista in Ottawa, our most recent project is a stunning architecturally designed contemporary home. With its soaring windows and glass staircase, this home’s show-stopping architectural features are the basis of our staging plan. We wanted to put as much detail into our interior decor as the builder put into each and every aspect of this beautiful newly-built home.
 

 
Creating a welcoming space that clients can picture themselves living in is always our main priority when staging a home. With an open concept floor plan, it is important for us to clearly delineate different living spaces, while unifying all areas of the main floor. We created three separate seating areas on the main floor, as well as seating at the expansive kitchen island and formal dining area. The different living areas allow for flexibility to change the layout for entertaining purposes.
 

 
Neutrality is generally our colour palette of choice when staging a home, and this time is no different. Various shades of white and grey are used throughout the home to create consistency, as well as to complement the contemporary style of the space. The furniture that Mandy Renfrew, Polanco lead designer, selected was chosen specifically to accentuate the home’s architectural elements. We introduced hints of colour with our choices of art pieces, and accessories. Our design team put an emphasis on using Canadian Made furniture throughout the home, as this is our signature trademark here at Polanco! Furniture pieces from all of our major suppliers can be found in every room of this state of the art house.
 

 
In the expansive master suite, we included a king size classic style upholstered bed, as well as custom size nightstands to maximize storage. Accent pieces were chosen in a crisp white tone to complement the bed linens and create a fresh inviting design.
