2025 Holiday Home Tour: Daylight to Evening at The Renfrew’s

In our home, holiday decorating remains a meaningful tradition, where creativity and thoughtful design come together to create spaces that feel holiday ready, wrapped in timeless style.

As a designer, I love the opportunity to curate our home with intention, focusing on texture,
warmth and elegance creating spaces that feel elevated & inviting.
This year’s holiday home is a reflection of that balance.

Family & guests are welcomed by an arrangement of winter greenery; spruce, pine, and cedar, balanced with subtle red elements and complemented with a stone planter.
WELCOME INSIDE

THE ENTRYWAY

Our front entrance sets the tone, offering a first impression that feels welcoming. The console is dressed with a softly lit garland featuring eucalyptus, pine, and warm brass metallic accents.
Subtle lighting adds a gentle glow, creating an inviting transition from outdoors to in.

THE LIVING ROOM

The living room is designed to feel calm and comforting. An elegant holiday space of soft whites and layered textiles creating a polished backdrop for the season.

Glass ornaments, warm candlelight, and soft tones subtly catch the light, while our textured flocked Christmas tree adds depth and enhances the formal living room.

THE DINING ROOM

At the heart of holiday gatherings, the dining room is styled with our solid wood Canadian Made furniture complemented with classic Christmas decor.

The lush garland highlights the new addition of our deep shade of forest green velvet dining chairs, bringing luxury, warmth and elegance together.

THE KITCHEN

The kitchen, as in most homes, remains to be one of the most active spaces during the holidays, adding decor that is thoughtful & personable.
Of course I had to add touches of pink!

Keeping the decor light and fresh in the kitchen and eating area is intentional, allowing natural light to pour through the wreaths in the bay windows.

THE FAMILY ROOM

Designed for everyday living, the family room is layered with soft neutral drapery and light furnishings that create a welcoming space for gatherings with family and friends.

The Christmas tree becomes the focal point, settled next to the fireplace, dressed in warm lights and sentimental ornaments.

Thoughtfully curated vignettes bring warmth and personality to the family room, blending festive accents with timeless style for a space that feels both inviting and full of holiday cheer.

Our holiday home is a reflection of what we value most, thoughtful design, meaningful traditions and spaces that bring people together.

Designing for the holidays isn’t about perfection; it’s about creating an environment that feels warm, personal, and timeless.
A home designed with heart has a way of making the season even more special.

From our home to yours, we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Holiday season.

Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays,
– The Renfrew’s
