Modern Home, Old Ottawa South

This beautiful, newly-built home is located along the Rideau Canal in Old Ottawa South. The project objective was to stage this home for real-estate sale. During an in-home consultation with the clients, Mandy Renfrew, our design consultant, selected fabrics, provided sketches, floor plans, and discussed the best furnishings based on the style of the home.

Polanco Home Furniture & Interior Decor Solutions wanted to create a warm and welcoming environment to attract potential buyers. Neutral-colour furniture was placed to maximize space, and give rooms a clearly defined purpose. Minimal decoration and simple layouts helped prospective buyers imagine themselves in the spaces.
